Salary: 37 500 $ - 43 160 $ + benefits
Unigym Gatineau is one of the most important gymnastic clubs in all of Canada with four training facilities located in Gatineau. We offer an extensive recreational and high-level competitive program. Our programs are growing and we are currently seeking a full time competitive WAG coach for our sport study and competitive program.

Requirements
  • Good knowledge of French language (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a competitive program
  • Minimum level 3 technical NCCP (certified considered an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of Quebec and Canadian sports system
  • Motivation, resourcefulness, ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills
  • Excellent capacity to plan for and manage a training group
  • Demonstrates the ability to successfully assist athletes in reaching goals
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Basic first aid certification
Description of responsibilities
  • Plan and direct training (for sport study and competitive group
  • Coach other programs as required (to complete full-time hours and club needs)
  • Ensure athlete progression and achievement of goals
  • This position requires hours outside of regular work hours (evening and weekend hours)
  • Participation in all events and competitions as required by the club
  • Works in collaboration with all coaching staff to develop athletes and ensure club success
