Marie-Renée Boisclair

Marie-Renée is known for her leadership rooted in an understanding of the business processes at the heart of companies’ strategic directions, performance, and long-term visions. She previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Tennis Canada, a national sport organization in Canada and Intelcom Courrier Canada Inc. (Dragonfly), a door-to-door e-commerce delivery service with more than 2,000 employees. In these roles, she actively led the creation and review of the organizations’ finance departments, from recruiting human resources to implementing the processes and technological tools necessary for activities to run smoothly. She also played a key role in governance while overseeing planning, financial analysis, and the procurement function. In 2023, she was named among the Top 25 CFOs in Montréal by Finance & Investing. In addition to her duties at Miller Thomson, she and is treasurer for the Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi de Montréal (CJEM), an organization that helps young people enter the job market.
