Acrobatic Gymnastics

Get ready for teamwork like you’ve never seen! Acrobatic Gymnastics, or “ACRO,” is all about balances, throws, catches and impressive human pyramids. Athletes perform in pairs, trios, or groups, combining strength and flexibility to create pyramids, jaw-dropping throws, and breathtaking holds. With roots tracing back to ancient Egypt, it’s one of the most visually captivating forms of gymnastics. Watch as athletes soar through the air and rely on each other for gravity-defying feats!

Apparatus

Your Partners! The only apparatus in ACRO is the people around you. Athletes lift, catch, and balance each other in creative, gravity-defying poses. There are no external objects—just pure teamwork and trust.
