Tumbling Gymnastics

Tumbling is like gymnastics on turbo! Athletes sprint down a tumbling strip and perform flips, twists, and somersaults in rapid succession. It’s all about speed, power, and perfection, as tumblers string together multiple high-flying skills with seamless transitions. The result? A fast-paced, high-energy routine that leaves the audience in awe!

Apparatus

Tumbling Strip: A long, spring-loaded floor where gymnasts run and tumble, performing consecutive flips and twists at high speed.
