Sophiane Méthot

Sophiane Méthot is a Quebec trampoline gymnast who has established herself among the world’s best through her outstanding international performances. A bronze medallist at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, she also won bronze medals at the 2017 and 2024 World Championships and is a two-time Pan American champion. Her career is highlighted by numerous World Cup finals and medals in both individual and synchronized trampoline. In parallel of her sport’s career, she also holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Applied Finance.
