Ottawa, ON (August 15, 2025) – The trampoline competition has wrapped up at the 2025 Junior Pan American Games in Asunción, Paraguay, with Team Canada earning two medals — both in synchronized trampoline.
In the women’s synchronized trampoline final, Rielle Bonne and Mélina Coriveau delivered a near-perfect routine, scoring 47.60 to secure the gold medal ahead of the United States (silver) and Mexico (bronze).



On the men’s side, Étienne Cloutier and Cody Cyman impressed with a strong, well-executed routine to earn silver with a score of 48.11, finishing behind the United States (gold) and ahead of Argentina (bronze).

All four athletes also qualified for the individual trampoline finals. In the men’s event, Cyman narrowly missed the podium, placing 4th with 55.31, while Cloutier finished 6th with 54.93. In the women’s event, Bonne also finished just shy of a medal in 4th with 51.78, followed closely by Coriveau in 5th with 51.47.
Overall, the event marked an excellent showing for Canada’s junior athletes, who gained valuable international competition experience on the road to future success.
Next up at the Junior Pan American Games, artistic gymnastics will take the stage from August 19–22. Team Canada will be represented in men’s artistic gymnastics by Aiden Gonzalez, Thomas Tittley, Keita Kuramoto, and Parker Smith, and in women’s artistic gymnastics by Coralie Demers, Maryam Saber, Samantha Couture, and Stella Letendre.
