OTTAWA, ON (July 4th, 2025) – Canadian Senior Men’s Pair Theodore Chan and Emerson Wong had strong performances all weekend long at the Rzeszow Acrobatic World Cup held on June 27th – 29th 2025 at the Hala Sportowa Podpromie.
Day 1 of competition got off to a strong start at the Hala Sportowa Podpromie, where Emerson Wong and Theodore Chan of Oakville Gymnastics Club (ON) returned to international competition in style. Competing in the Dynamic qualification round, the pair delivered a confident performance, earning a score of 27.070 to place 4th overall.
The senior men’s pair continued to shine on Day 2 of competition in Poland. Following their 4th place finish in the Dynamic qualification the previous day, the duo brought the same energy to the Balance routine, earning a 5th place finish with a score of 27.040.

With a combined total of 54.110 after two days of qualifications, Wong and Chan secured 5th place overall, clinching their spot in the finals at their first international competition of the 2025 season.
On the final day of competition, Wong and Chan returned to the floor with determination and spirit for their Combined routine. The duo delivered a powerful performance, earning a score of 27.400 to finish 5th overall in the finals—capping off a successful international debut in the 2025 season.
