Gymnastics Canada and its Members support the principles of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve disputes, which can be achieved through negotiation, facilitation and mediation.

The terms defined in this document shall apply to all Gymnastics Canada policies, unless otherwise stated therein.

This Appeal Policy provides Individuals with a fair, affordable, and expedient appeal process.
